SHIPPING

At Pink Banana, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and efficient manner. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before it is shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

FREE SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the lower 48 states of the United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

We stand behind the quality of our press-on nails. We guarantee our products against accidental damage such as chipping, cracking, or adornments falling off for two weeks after receiving them. If you experience any such issues within this period, please contact our customer service team by emailing support@pinkbanananails.com.

DAMAGE CAUSED BY NON-APPROVED ADHESIVE​

Please note that using adhesive methods not provided by Pink Banana will void the aforementioned Accidental Damage guarantee of our products. We provide specially formulated adhesives to ensure the best performance and longevity of our press-on nails.

RETURNS

At Pink Banana, we prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the close and intimate nature of our press-on nail products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that all our customers receive products that are fresh, unused, and sanitary. This is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

 

ORDER ISSUES

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a defect, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@pinkbanananails.com. We will be happy to assist you and find a suitable solution.
